I lose link juice if I ignore the comments in my wordpress blog?

I received many comments via pingback on my blog wordpress. When I click on your link, I can see that everyone has a backlink to my site is good PR-PR0 or if I lose my link juice if I choose to do nothing ie just ignore and do not endorse and is not removed.
